We offer evaluations...

• We primarily offer neuropsychological, psychological, and psychoeducational evaluations for children and adults. Neurocognitive rehabilitation may be offered on a limited basis. We do not prescribe medications or offer therapy. 

 

We do not take insurance...

• Our office is private pay only, but we will provide you with the necessary information to file an out-of-network claim (for applicable commercial policies). 

 

If you would like for your child (under 18) to be evaluated...

• We require parental consent from the biological parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s). If parents are married and living together, only one parent is required to give consent. If parents are unmarried, separated, or divorced and have joint custody of the child, both parents must provide consent. Legal guardianship paperwork will be required if the parents do not have custody of the child.​​​
